New Health Center Opens in Troy
Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood opened a new health center in Troy on Hoosick Street last month. The Opalka Center for Reproductive Health and Education Opened at 120 Hoosick Street on August 25 offering a wide range of health services to the community. The CEO Chelly Hegan spoke with HMM correspondent Corinne Carey about the opening of the new clinic and what it means for patients, staff, and the community.
