Cohoes Housing Authority Board Chair Mark Pascale on Norlite

Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Steve Pierce speaks with Mark Pascale, chairman of the Cohoes Housing Authority board. They discussed the Norlite toxic waste incinerator, the health threat to residents of the Saratoga Sites apartments, and the bill banning AFFF burning that awaits NY Governor Cuomo’s signature. Pascale said Saratoga Sites residents will be moved elsewhere if the toxic burning isn’t stopped.
