Luz Marquez – Benbow on being a BLM Activist, Afro-Latina, and Survivor of Rape & Sexual Assault

Luz Marquez-Benbow is an Afro-Latina and a survivor of rape and sexual assault. She has been working for more than 20 years creating policy to end sexual assault, advocating for women of color and creating a support system for the survivors of sexual assault. She is BLM activist and she is determined to end violence in Troy and in the Capital Region. Interviewed by Aileen Javier.
