Luke Grandis, statewide organizer for the advocacy group VOCAL-NY, which stands for Voices Of Community Activists & Leaders joins HMM correspondent Corinne Carey to discuss the impact of COVID-19 on low-income people affected by HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, the drug war, homelessness, and mass incarceration.
