Louise Gava Of MEGA Speaking To The Troy City Council

Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) is a program designed to reduce residential energy costs and make our energy choices more sustainable. On February 6th, Louise Gava of the Municipal Electric and Gas Alliance (MEGA) spoke to the Troy City Council as part of MEGA’s outreach program to educate the capital region about CCA.
