Letter sent to NYS DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos takes issue with DEC Norlite contamination analysis

On March 17th, community members and researchers responded to NY DEC’s release of soil and water analysis surrounding the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator in a letter to DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos. The letter rejects DEC’s conclusion that the study found no connection between Norlite and contamination in the surrounding community.
