Representatives of the West Indian Association joined us live in the studio to tells us about their upcoming Wellness Fair, “Just For the Health of It.” The inspiration for the fair came from a need to connect Carribbean communities in Albany with health resources. “For the Health of It” will take place at 12pm on June 1st at Jennings Landing in Albany. The day’s program includes yoga, fitness classes, vendors, and more.
