Indigenous African Spiritual Technologies

East Coast Village in southeastern Rensselaer County was founded by people dedicated to promoting public awareness of the living traditions of indigenous peoples. They follow the teachings of Malidoma Somé, an interpreter of African indigenous wisdom in the west. WOOC correspondent Steve Pierce spoke with Jesse Johnson to learn about a June 2nd event at the Hamilton Hill Arts Center in Schenectady that will showcase 15 years of their experiences.
