State Officials Introduce Legislation to Ban AFFF Burning in Response to Norlite

Assemblymembers John McDonald and Pat Fahy and State Senator Neil Breslin were joined by Cohoes Mayor Bill Keeler, Albany County Executive Dan McCoy and Judith Enck, former Region 2 EPA administrator and president of Beyond Plastics, in announcing that legislation has been introduced to stop the burning of AFFF (fire suppressant) in New York State.
