Enchanted City Pt 3

In early September, downtown Troy was captured by the spectacle of steampunk fashion, fantasy and fabrications known as the Enchanted City Steampunk Festival. Now in its 5th year, the festival magically transforms the historic blocks of downtown into a “cosplay” alternative reality where Victorian fancy meets modern technology. Correspondent Mark Russo represented WOOC & The Sanctuary for Independent Media at the event. This is the final installment of his report.
