Future of Lafarge tire burning practice in limbo ahead of Thursday Coeymans Public Hearing

On Thursday, November 19, the Town of Coeymans will hold a public hearing on a law passed last year to prevent the Lafarge Cement plant in Ravena from burning. Residents worry that the law will be amended to allow tire burning. We talk to Barbara Heinzen of the Albany County Clean Air Law. With Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Radio Network.
