Health experts and Cohoes residents send letter to DEC outlining serious concerns over AFFF contamination study design

The State Department of Environmental Conservation has agreed to do testing around the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator to evaluate the impact of burning toxic fire fighting foam (AFFF) and other chemicals at the plant.
