Environmental Bill Of Rights passes NYS Senate

The NYS Senate recently passed Senate Bill S528 to amend the State constitution by add an “Environmental Bill of Rights.” The lead sponsor of the bill, State Senator Robert Jackson, joined HMM’s Alexis Goldsmith to discuss this historic bill.
