Department Of Defense To Ship Nearly 700,000 Gallons Of AFFF To Cohoes Despite Local Moratorium

Despite Cohoes passing a ban on the incineration of AFFF, the Department of Defense is sending 12 tanker trucks containing 38,000 gallons each of fire fighting foam to Cohoes on Tuesday, May 19th. We talk with Cohoes Resident Joseph Ritchie.
