Data Analysis of What Burns at Norlite Facility in Cohoes

While the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator in Cohoes has drawn protests recently over its burning of toxic firefighting foam from the Department of Defense, it also burns 65 tons a day of other toxic materials, including lead and halogenated materials.
