Cuts to Harm Reduction Impact Capital Region Public Health

At a rally in Barker Park on Friday, August 18, VOCAL-NY’s Luke Grandis spoke about the importance of fully funding harm reduction efforts in the capital region during the pandemic and economic downturn. Grandis spoke to HMM correspondent Corinne Carey after the rally about the positive impact that harm reduction has on the community, and what a dramatic decrease in funding will do.
