Court Postponed Again for Those Arrested Trying to Stop New Fracked Gas Powerplant

The 29 climate activists arrested in the blockade at the Cricket Valley fracked gas power plant in November had their court case postponed once again on Jan. 13, as the Dutchess County District attorney presses for tough penalties for the 4 protesters who climbed the smokestack.
