Climate Matters with Eleanor Stein Part 3

Eleanor Stein, Adjunct Professor at Albany Law School, joins host Peter Savio for the third of three segments. This segment provides an overview of recent international climate policy and legal decisions. This includes a discussion of a ground-breaking 2015 decision at the District Court of the Hague which determined human rights were a relevant legal consideration. This also includes discussion of legal issues brought forth in Oregon in the case of Juliana v the United States.
