Casey Camp-Horinek, Ponca Tribe Elder, full interview on letter to Congress

Casey Camp-Horinek is an environmental ambassador, elder, and hereditary drumkeeper of the Ponca Tribe in Oklahoma. The Ponca Tribe was one of 257 signatories on a letter urging Congress to address plastic pollution and environmental justice in the next stimulus bill.

Casey’s other work includes Rights of Nature with Movement Rights (www.movementrights.org/). She is also fundraising for a youth camp this upcoming summer with her son’s organization, Earth Rights Defenders. Those who can help can connect with Casey at [email protected]
