Calls for Moratorium on Tire Burning to Prevent Pollution from Lafarge Cement Plant

Local Law I, The Albany Clean Air Law, has been tabled until legislators can work out how the rule that bans tire and municipal waste burning will be enforced. HMM’s Alexis speaks with Coeyman’s resident, Dr. Barbara Heinzen.
