This is Part 2 of an interview with Anne Rabe, who directed the Citizens’ Environmental Coalition for thirty years and was also a national organizer for the Center for Health and Environmental Justice. In part one we discussed GE’s toxic waste legacy; in this segment, we talk about National Lead (NL) Industries and how they got off the hook for cleaning up pollution at their former depleted uranium munitions site in Colonie.
