Andrew Kreshik On Ingalls Avenue

Last week the City of Troy broke ground on the Ingalls Avenue Boat Launch, a project originally conceived nearly 50 years ago at a century-old toxic waste site. Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Steve Pierce spoke with Andrew Kreshik, a planner for the City of Troy who has been working on the Ingalls Avenue Boat Launch for the better part of a decade.
