Clean Air Albany Enck 10’04 News 12-16-2019

The Albany County legislature is set to vote on a clean air ordinance on Dec. 16 but now may put the bill on hold. The law seeks among other things to prevent the LaFarge Cement Plant in Ravena from burning tires. From a recent news conference, we hear from Christine Primomo of the Albany County League of Women Voters and former regional EPA administration Judith Enck of Beyond Plastics.
