Young Researchers Program — William and Saad

Fourth week of the Young Researchers series: First, fifth grader William talks about renewable energy and how we can combine them. Next, seventh grader Sadachar, talks about GMO’s and food in Africa.

The Young Researchers program pairs grade-school students with an RPI student mentor who assists them in researching and presenting a topic of their interest through the lens of sustainability.

Brandon Costelloe-Kuehn, a lecturer in science and technology studies at RPI, directs the Eco Ed program at RPI, and teaches a sustainability class that offers the Young Researchers program.
