Bennett 1011 2nd Ave Troy 10’17 News 9-2-2020

Last week we interviewed Jess Bennett about the effort to Save 1011 (2nd Ave), a large piece of undeveloped land in north Troy along the Hudson initially owned by various indigenous groups. A developer wants to rezone to allow 240-unit apartment complex to be built. We discuss last week’s hearing by the Troy Planning Committee, which voted 2 to 1 to move to the next step.
