100% off Fossil Fuels By 2030

Climate activists gathered at the state capitol on March 5th to demand the legislature and Governor Cuomo embrace a real plan to move New York off fossil fuels by 2030, 10 years sooner than the proposed Climate and Community Protection Act.

They also called for an immediate ban on approving new fossil fuel infrastructure.

We spoke to Assemblyperson William Colton and Alex Beauchamp, the Northeast Region Director at Food & Water Watch, about the New York Off Fossil Fuels bill (A. 3565).
