HMM 11 – 07 – 22

Today, on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine,
We begin with Blaise reporting on the recent write-in debate for governor. Between third-party candidates Howie Hawkins and Larry Sharpe.

Then, Roaming Labor Correspondent Willie Terry brings us part 2 of his coverage of the November 2nd Get Out the Vote rally at Albany’s Labor Temple.

Later on, we reach into the archives for part 1 of a piece Peter Savio recorded two years ago with Albany climate and disability rights activist Michael Corso. We regret to report tha Corso passed away last week.

After that, Sina Basila Hickey talks with local author Nancy Castaldo about how she uses research and writing to take action in response to current issues.

Finally, we end with our usual weekly visit with retired meteorologist High Johnson, this week looking at Hurricane Nicole, the heat wave in Europe, our unusually hot weather here, and of course a forecast for the rest of the week.
