Today, on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine, co-hosts Brea Barthel and Blaise Bryant begin with Corinne Carey talking with Troy City Council member Emily Menn about proposed change in the city charter regarding the composition of the redistricting commission.
Then, as part of his Black History Month reporting, roaming labor correspondent Willie Terry brings us part one of his interview with Saladin Muhammad, founder, and organizer with the Black Workers For Justice.
Later on, Andrea Cunliffe talks with Bob Blackmon, director of the Justice Center of Rensselaer County, about the February 28th book launch by Dr. Alice Green, founder of the Justice Center.
After that, Mark Dunlea brings us part 2 of his interview with Mert Simpson, the Albany County legislator representing Albany’s Arbor Hill neighborhood.
Finally, Felicia Kuhn from the Kate Mullaney chapter of the Coalition of Labor Union Women will join us to talk about their upcoming event to celebrate International Women’s Day in early March.
