HMM 10-22-21

Today, on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine,
We begin with hearing a heated exchange from the Saratoga Springs City Council meeting on October 19th regarding a proposed ordinance creating a “Community Police Board.”
Then we move to a report on an upcoming rally against a new fracked gas plant proposed for Newburgh, NY.
Later on, we get a historical perspective on the history of race and religion in the Sudanese independence struggle.
We then come back to the present to hear about the Film Columbia 2021 festival in Chatham.
Our final segment is a report on another recent arts event, “VoidFest,” that featured music, art, and clothing from Capital Region upstarts.
