We by hearing from Xaver Kandler of NY Renews about the August 19th day of action to push congress to pass climate justice provisions in the budget
Then, we hear coverage of the rally that took place in reaction to the language of the memo attached to the settlement for the family of Edson Thevenin
Later on, we have part two of the virtual press conference sponsored by the Poor People’s Campaign that was a call for voting rights and economic justice in America
After that, we hear from a student about SUNY’s COVID Guidelines
Finally, we join the Uptown Summer program as they went out into their neighborhood to collect soil for lead testing
