We start off by talking about the The Poor People’s Campaign with with Rev. Joe Paparone of the NYS Labor Religion Coalition and Thomas Kearney of RAPP
Then we hear part 3 of a 5 part segment on Malcolm X that features the local Brother X
And later on, we hear the story of Jennifer Baxtron who is a Black Lives Matter Activist. She has been protesting in Albany to shed light on her fight for justice in Potsdam
After that, The University at Albany will be hosting a virtual, five-day Planning for Racial Justice Conference. We hear from John Lewis about what to expect
Finally, we hear from artists Terry James and his exhibition ‘Object Permanence ‘ at the Opalka Gallery. We also hear from Tommy Santee Klaws who collaborated at the onset of his virtual series in the sculpture space “The Iowa Booth”
