Today, Kathy Curtis of Clean and Healthy New York will discuss the bill that prohibits the sale of food packaging that contains the toxic PFAS.

Then, you’ll hear from Jim Jennings, the President of Conscience International, and one of the key speakers at the 22nd annual Kateri Peace Conference.

And later on, you’ll hear from Chef Sean Sherman, the Founder of the company The Sioux Chef and the Co-Founder of the organization North American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems.

After that, Jared Wesley Singer will talk about the collaboration between Riverkeeper and the Media Sanctuary’s NATURE (North Troy Art Technology and Urban Research in Ecology) Lab Environmental Education Center.
