SUMMARY:Hudson Mohawk Magazine Open Hours
DESCRIPTION:Hudson Mohawk Magazine (HMM) is radio for the community\, by community volunteers. If you are curious about the radio and have questions\, if you’re interested in getting involved\, or if you need some support in production\, these open hours are a perfect time to come to the main Sanctuary space to work directly with HMM producers.  \n\n\n\n3:00-5:00pm: drop by to ask questions\, get help\, use the radio studio5:00-6:00pm: work with the hosts to get Hudson Mohawk Magazine ready for the air6:00-7:00pm: sit in the studio and watch the live recording and airing7:07-8:30pm: join the weekly hybrid programming meeting where the schedule for the week ahead is put together by an incredible team of volunteers.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur volunteer HMM producers come with a range of skills and experiences. Many volunteers join with little to no experience. These sessions give support to producers of all levels. This is also an opportunity to train new engineers and hosts.  \n\n\n\nJoin our excellent team of grassroots journalists and report on local stories that interest you. SUMMARY:Annual North-Central Troy Interfaith Holiday Justice and Peace Celebration
DESCRIPTION:The Sanctuary for Independent Media invites you and your loved ones to join us for our annual North-Central Troy Interfaith Holiday Peace and Justice Celebration!  \n\n\n\nOn December 9th\, from 2PM – 4PM\, we will gather in the Sanctuary Main Space where free food will be provided\, along with:  \n\n\n\n\nCookie decorating\n\n\n\nFace painting\n\n\n\nFamily portraits\n\n\n\nFree store\n\n\n\nGift giving\n\n\n\nWrite for Rights letter writing table\n\n\n\nMake your own winter tea blend table\n\n\n\nMake your own winter decor table\n\n\n\nListening station from field recording in North Troy\n\n\n\n\nFrom 4PM – 5PM\, we will gather in Freedom Square to celebrate and reflect on this year\, culminating in a tree lighting! We welcome all to this celebration and encourage those attending to bring a friend. We at the Sanctuary look forward to seeing faces old and new\, and wish you a merry and warm holiday season! \n\n\n\nIn the spirit of justice\, peace\, and equity\, we will be collecting gifts for the North-Central Troy community. We welcome contributions\, including: \n\n\n\n\nNew or slightly used: Toys\, winter clothing\, blankets\, etc.\n\n\n\nNew: Toiletries\, beauty products\, non-perishable food\, etc.\n\n\n\n\nCo-Sponsors: \n\n\n\nTeam HERO\, Unity House\, SNUG. \n\n\n\nFeaturing: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMC: H.
