November 27, 2018 @ 4:00 pm 6:00 pm EST

An image of a dumpster overflowing in front of a grass area, with trash spilling over the top and littering the ground around it.

Learn why plastic is bad for the environment and our health. We will discuss and brainstorm ways to reduce plastic in our everyday lives. Includes fun eco-friendly craft!

Maya Sanders is an Undergraduate Sustainability Studies major at RPI. She has a passion for grassroots science, ecology and environmental science education.
