Albany Common Council Public Access Hearing 3/1/2010

On Monday, March 1, 2010, there was a public hearing regarding a proposed contract with Time Warner. Community members and media reform organizers joined the Council of Albany Neighborhood Associations' Cable Television Committee to participate in the public hearing. They showed the Common Council a commitment to public access television, and spoke out about their concerns regarding the direction the proposed contract is headed.
